Paracetamol 650 MG Tablet Side Effect

Hello, I have been observing thinning of hair in the crown area and have observed the hairline has gone back by 1 cm approx. I have been visiting various clinics for the right treatment and opted for qr678 treatment. However the doctor advised me to start applying tugain 5% solution as well but I came across that if I stop using this after sometime I might have a negative impact on the already existing hair as well. Could someone help me understand the side effects of the usage, and if this does actually affect the healthy hair after stopping the usage of this after a certain period (year or so). Thank you.

Hii, topical minoxidil is one of the most widely, consistently used fda approved treatment in case of male pattern alopecia a.k.a. Androgenic alopecia. There aren't any side effects when used in men except for there can be mild stinging sensation due to the vehicle of the product used and there can be allergies to the medicine itself or the preservative which is very very rare. Now, internet will tell you that it would lead to hairloss as soon s you stop it. But, when you're under the treatment with a dermatologist by your side, he/ she knows the best how to taper and stop and when to stop in a particular case. Your dermatologist might prescribe you another growth lotion alongwith minoxidil after a while. Yes results do take min 3- 6 months it's a long and tedious process, so you must have a lot of patience, I agree. But what I ve seen in my practice is that more than 70 percent of patients have their hairs well maintained and hairloss cured by proper treatment which includes both oral as well as topical treatments. So, to conclude, trust your dermatologist, he/she knows the best for you. Google shows that plain paracetamol can cause liver failure and headache can be a tumor. So, it's better that we trust our doctors who have read and practised for so many years thoroughly. All the best! no doctor stops the use of minoxidil abruptly.

My son is 4 years 10 months old. Whenever he gets an usual fever we always give ibugesic plus instead of paracetamol. Is it ok. Ibugesic plus was once given prescribed by a pediatrician to my son when he has fever earlier. I have observed many times that if I give only paracetamol the fever will not reduce but when I give ibugesic plus his fever reduces. Is it ok to give ibugesic plus. Please suggest.

Yes, it is okay to give ibugesic plus. As it contains both ibuprofen and paracetamol. To get the best result of medicine, adhere to the prescribed dose, time, and way while giving this medicine to your child. Give it to your child orally, preferably after meals as this will prevent the chance of developing an upset stomach. If your child vomits within 30 minutes taking, give the same dose again. Never give more than the recommended dose for fast relief as that may cause unwanted effects in your child. Your child may exhibit side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, and diarrhea after taking this medicine. These side effects are temporary and should subside once your child’s body adapts to the medicine. In case they persist or become bothersome for your child, do consult your child’s doctor on a priority basis. Ibugesic plus oral suspension orange helps lower high temperature caused by fever. This medicine is effective in treating cold and flu symptoms, sore throat, and fever. Do not take too much or for longer than you need as this can be dangerous. In general, you should take the lowest dose that works, for the least possible time.

I am having frequent headaches in the center of my forehead & also feel very sleepy many times.
Age? It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this 1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache 3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your headache. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effectivefor more details you can consult me.

Sumo tablet should be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Take the same amount of dose advised by your doctor and do not use it for a longer period than recommended by the doctor. Also avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine.

Hello sir/madam, I am supritha from karnataka. I have a query about my nephew's boy baby. He is 9 months and 11 days old now. He never consumed breast milk, just for a month he consumed breast milk, so we fed him millet. Approximate when he was 7 months old he was about 66 cm in height, so we gave him pediasure. Total he consumed 600 grams of pediasure, approximate he consumed pediasure for 1 and 1/2 month, now he is 9 months 11 days old, and his height is 73 cm, that pediasure was about for 2+ years kids. He has been suffering from fever for the past 1 week and stretching his body 6-7 times just in a minute. We gave him paracetamol 500 mg, where we divided the tablet into 4 parts and gave him 4 hours once but the fever didn't decrease. So we consulted a nearby doctor, we never informed them about the pediasure consumption near the doctor, but because of the fever (102°) they admitted the baby to the hospital and they suggested 'meftagesic-ds' and 'meftal-spas' (syrup) .he is discharged but if we stop giving him medications, again fever is rising high, and still, he is stretching his body a lot & not consuming food (millet) and he is soo dull, sleeping a lot. We don't know if it is a side effect of pediasure or anything, please kindly suggest information. It will help us a lot.

This is not a side effect of pediasure. Child needs to be evaluated thoroughly by proper history taking and neurological examination to rule out seizures.
