Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light do some kind of exercise daily. For this homeopathy is very effective. Consult me online with details.

1. Take adequate night sleep 2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain 3. Avoid things that can trigger migrain. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep. Inculcate good sleep practices like having a regular bedtime schedule and avoiding naps, caffeine and tv before bedtime. 4. Don't take stress- pursue an enjoyable activity or verbalising frustration to reduce stress and improve mental health. 5. Avoid foods that you know triggers your migrain. 6. Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect 7. Drink water. “dehydration can be a big cause of headaches,” for this homeopathic treatment is very effective for more details you can consult me.

Hey. It's seen usually the side effects of covi shield subside by 48-72 hours. So you may resume your routine exercise after 96-120 hours. Ofcource you should continue to take all your routine. Medicines. However keep a check on your bp.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. It is good to see that glucose levels are quite well controlled with only Metformin. As regards taking the vitamin supplement, it can be taken once a day. Taking extra is of NO USE. Tanks.
