I took mtp kit mifegest on oct 5th (mifepristone) then misoprostol. I bleed continuously from 7th oct to 14oct. After 14th oct bleeding stopped completely. After that I was having white thick discharge in a very small quantity. Now the issue is I am having blood spots since yesterday. After 4-5 days of complete process I am having a little spotting. Is it normal to have spotting or its a sign of remaining parts in uterus? Please help me doctors. I am worrying. Spotting giving me stress.

hi if you have taken the medical termination of pregnancy drugs without doctors knowledge or without doing in ultrasound scan it is high time that you should do when ultrasound scan to find out if there is retained products of conception if the ultrasound scan is normal I think it should be only infection which is bacterial and it can be easily treated

You can use mifegest why not. Howver you should be sure if this is in intrauterine pregnancy, if the pregnancy is not in the uterus but in the tubes, mifegest will cause it to rupture inside the tummy and cause internal bleeding. Also you need to be well aware of how many weeks pregnant you are, because that will guide the right dose of medicine to be given, medicines given in the wronf dose especially in the backdrop of recent cesarean can cause uterus to rupture or incomplete abortion, both of which cause catastrophic bleeding. To avoid all this, consult a doctor before taking mifegest.

My wife has 6 weeks pregnant. I have given mifegest kit to her 2 days before. After 48 hours give 2 tab misoprostol then she feel bleeding and cramp within 1 hour and pass some clots and some round shape structure of size 12 to 15 mm. After 12 hour I have also given 2 nd dose of 2 misoprostol tablet orally. She has also feeling cramp and bleeding. Till now total 3 pad changes within 15 hours of after given misoprostol. Now can I continue any antibiotic or not if yes please provide details of any medicine to be use. Now wat to do. Is complete abortion done or not. Wat to care I have to do now. Or I have to continue any medicine further .pls suggest me in details.
