Hi. Pms can occur anytime during the month and sometimes even during your mensus. Early pregnancy could be symptomless in some and can present as loss of apetite/nausea/vomiting/increase frequency of micturition etc. Its unlikely that pregnancy symptoms appear so soon. If your trying to conceive, try around ovulation and wait. Upt done too quickly will not gv result. Continue taking folic acid.
Dear madam, thanks for your consultation.
I can understand your pain and difficulty as a new mom.
You continue with your calcium and vitamin d and iron supplements as usual.
But since you are having persitent and recurring pain, better to have an xray and find out if there is any significant cause for the pain.
You can send me your xray through the Lybrate app.
If you can tell me, you are in which part of madurai, I shall recommend you for the xray examination, if you need help.
Please don't hesitate to fix up an online appointment with me.
I shall try my best in solving your problem.
Presently you can take some pain reliever like paracetamol and diclofenac gel.
Regards.
Your symptoms are suggestive pelvic inflammatory disease. Ovulation discharge is clear watery .it is never associated with foul smelling discharge. Wait for 2 more weeks and do urine pregnancy test. Drugs should be used with caution when there is suspicion of pregnancy.
