Usually Duphaston doesn't cause bloating. You can take curd or antacids for the same. If you still feel problems, you can stop Duphaston after 20 weeks.
They are the same in action only proluton is more effective from the second trimester. Taking too much progestins has other side effects so it's better you stick to one.
