Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises. One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repetitions each day. This may not be possible when you first start doing the exercises. However, they should become easier over time. You should be able to notice an improvement after 6 weeks. Make sure you are breathing naturally throughout this process and avoid pushing down as if you are forcing urination. Instead, bring the muscles together in a squeezing motion.

Hi sir, thank you for your query. Regarding antihypertensives and covid vaccine currently there is no evidence that it’s contraindicated. Simply put yes you may continue propranolol (ciplar) as per your current prescription. Neurokind is multivitamin mainly for immunity and nerve health. That too has no interaction with the vaccine. Regarding anxiset (flupenthixol + melitracen), some psychiatric and psychotic medications may cause anti inflammatory reaction and at high dose can cause neutropenia. Hence kindly enquire with the consulting doctor regarding its use since this is not a medicine that should be stopped abruptly.

It can be because of many reasons. Are you under stress. I need details of case. Side effects of ciplar tablet tiredness weakness raynaud phenomenon arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats) nausea vomiting diarrhea have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner)drink lots of nonalcoholic fluids. As dehydration is the most common cause of low bp limit alcoholic beverages. Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. Avoid heavy lifting. Avoid straining while on the toilet. Avoid standing still in place for long periods of time. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. It may be helpful to keep a chair or stool in the shower in case you need to sit; to help prevent injury, use a nonslip chair or stool designed for use in showers and bath tubs. To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating. Avoid taking drugs to lower blood pressure before meals.

My bp was recorded as 130/80 some days ago on routine check-up however normally my bp has been 110/70 earlier. Is it a matter of concern? Is it a symptom of high bp? Should I go for further check up or is it normal as the doctor has advised me to take ciplar la 20 for this.
