Peritol G Drop is an amino acid that is used to treat the complications caused by herpes virus. It is an amino acid that though essential for health and nutrition, cannot be produced by human body. Hence it has to be taken in the form of diet supplements. It is usually administered orally and in some cases it can be applied directly on the skin.

While how Peritol G Drop helps in treating herpes infection is not exactly known, it is speculated that it works by preventing the replication of the herpes virus.
