Nadibact Plus Cream is commonly used for the treatment of skin infections like ringworm, athlete’s foot (infection in the skin of your feet), jock itch (fungal infection in the buttocks, inner thigh and genital’s skin) and other fungal infections. It can also be used for the treatment of pityriasis, which causes lightening/darkening of the skin of the chest, arms, legs and neck. An azole antifungal, Nadibact Plus Cream prevents the growth of the fungus on your skin, thus treating the infections. It is available as a cream.

The dosage and duration of using Nadibact Plus Cream depends on the type of the infection it is being used for. Apply it twice in a day or as per your doctor’s instructions. Make sure that you do not apply it more than the prescribed times. It will not improve your condition faster, instead increase the side effects.

The possible side effects that Nadibact Plus Cream could have are a mild irritation on the skin where it is applied, or a burning and itching sensation in the affected area. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol which is an important component of fungi cell membrane by inhibiting cytochrome P450 14-alpha-demethylase enzyme, thus helps in inhibiting the growth of the organism. It also act as a floroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits the production of the DNA Zyrase enzyme in the bacteria. This prevents the bacteria are from synthesizing DNA and multiplying. As a result the bacterial infection does not spread and the immune system can effectively fight it. Lastly, it inhibits the formation, release, and migration of chemical mediators like kinins, histamine, liposomal enzymes, and prostaglandin. It also decreases inflammation by inhibiting the migration of leukocytes and reducing the permeability of capillaries.
