About Myospas D Tablet

Myospas D Tablet is primarily prescribed to provide relief of discomfort associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. It is helpful in improving muscle movement and provides relief from the discomfort and pain associated with spasm.

Myospas tablet is a multi-drug composition, comprised of Diclofenac and Metaxalone. It treats rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylosis and severe menstrual pain. This medication works by obstructing the production of cyclooxygenase, which synthesizes the compound called prostaglandin.

This compound is responsible for symptoms of arthritis such as pain, swelling and inflammation. Thus, this medication is effective in providing pain relief. Notify physician of dark urine, pale stools, yellowing of eyes, severe nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain

It is advisable to take this medication only under the guidance and recommendation of a medical practitioner. Do not skip your dose. People who are about to undergo a bypass heart surgery or have an allergy to other anti-inflammatory painkillers should not take tablet.

    This tablet inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin. The drug’s precise mechanism of action has not been established on humans. But, it is believed that it works by suppressing the CNS.
