This syrup is the combination of three medicine which includes Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin and is used for the treatment of cough with mucus. It clears the respiratory tract and breaks up the phlegm. It aids in the release of surfactant which in turn prevents the mucus from sticking to the bronchial wall. It also shields one from various irritating agents and infections. It is an active ingredient in cough syrups which facilitates easy breathing in case of clogging up of the nasal cavity.

Its action begins fairly quickly, just 30 mins after intake. This syrup is clinically proven to make the sputum thinner and less vicious and helps to cure cough. This drug is also used to treat different forms of inflammatory pulmonary conditions, bronchitis, bronchospasm asthma and pneumoconiosis.
