Fluxium Injection is used for the postoperative obstruction of blood vessels. If the doctor deems fit, it can also be used to treat other conditions. Fluxium Injection works by inhibiting clotting of blood in the body.

Do not take Fluxium Injection if you are allergic to any of the ingredients present in it, or if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding. Before using Fluxium Injection tell your doctor if you are using any prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs, or other herbal and dietary pills and supplements, if you suffer from obesity, if you have hepatic impairment, if you have prosthetic heart valves, or if you have any upcoming surgeries. The active constituent of this medication is low molecular weight heparin. The drug molecules bind with antithrombin III proteins in the plasma and prevent the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin. Thrombin is essential for blood coagulation and hence this prevents from clotting of blood.
