Firstly try to lead a stressfree lyf. For dandruff use ciclopirox composition shampoo such as cipla 8x thrice weekly. For acne use brevoxyl creamy wash thrice daily. Apply deriva bpo gel over comedonal acne & leave it overnight. Use a non comedogenic sunscreen like suncote gel once daily.

I have a habit of pulling out my hairs by applying force (not too much but certainly its large enough. When I study I inadvertently pick up hairs. Usually one hair used to come but since I was diagnosed with dandruff I got 5 hairs in my hand which scared me. Is it a thing to worry? I do not have any symptom of balding though I have a very big forehead since childhood which leads me to my second question. I recently went to a doctor (hair transplant) I showed her how I have a big forehead but she said its not as large as I think but she said it can be corrected with transplant when I pressurize her if there is any solution. I am 21 years of age. I have not experienced balding. I did start to shed due to dandruff which the doctor identified and told me I had quite a lot of dandruff. Is it right to go for transplant now? It can certainly cure the problem yet I worry if its too early.

Hi I can understand your concern I would suggest you to first control your dandruff using various shampoos containing ketoconazole, zpto, ciclopirox as dandruff also aggravates the hair fall problem secondly, your habit of pulling of hairs leads to balding sooner or later. This is called trichotillomania. We need to treat this otherwise even after the hair transplant we might face the problem of balding after this if you wish to go ahead with the hair transplant you can, hope this helps in case of further query .you can discuss on my page I would be happy to help regards.

Wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or picking up the pimples and blotches as it further spreads the bacteria. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Drink lots of water. You may use salicylic acid face wash. For scalp acne ,gently washing the scalp regularly with shampoo and warm water can help many conditions improve on their own. It is important to minimize irritation to the scalp that can come from razors, hair products, high heat, and chemical treatments. These can cause inflammation and irritation that can lead to further complications. The kinder you are to your scalp and skin, the less likely you are to have problems. The key to treating scalp acne is to prevent your pores from clogging. It’s the oil blockage and buildup that causes acne. Keeping your scalp clean is important. But you’ll want to make sure your shampoo or conditioner isn’t causing your scalp acne. If you suspect your shampoo or conditioner is causing the issue, you may consider trying some new products. For mild and moderate acne try products with ingredients like: salicylic acid: exfoliates dead skin cells so they do not enter pores and cause acne, but less effective than benzoyl peroxide glycolic acid: helps with exfoliation and kills micro bacteria ketoconazole or ciclopirox: antifungal agents in antidandruff shampoos tea tree oil: antibacterial properties may help fight acne jojoba oil: may not get rid of acne, but adding to your shampoo may help reduce acne inflammation Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.
