Avandia 4Mg Tablet

Avandia 4Mg Tablet belongs to a group of drugs called thiazolidinediones and is used to treat type 2 diabetes. It is mostly prescribed along with other medications with a diet and exercise program. It works by making the body more sensitive to insulin which is responsible for controlling blood sugar levels in the body.

Avandia 4Mg Tablet comes as a tablet to take by mouth, once or twice daily with or without meals. Your doctor may increase your dose after 8-12 weeks, based on how you respond to the medication. It may take you about 2 weeks to lower your blood sugar levels and 2-3 months or longer to feel the long-term benefit of this medicine.
