You have raised White blood cell count along with smudge cells. Smudge cells are remnants of cells that lack any identifiable cytoplasmic membrane or nuclear structure. Smudge cells also called basket cells, are most often associated with abnormally fragile lymphocytes in disorders such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is better you seek an opinion of a haematologist who may run some additional tests. You haven't mentioned your symptoms too.

The following 25(OH)D blood serum levels are now generally accepted – Blood levels below 20 ng/ml or 50 nmol/L constitute a serious deficiency Blood levels above 32 ng/ml or 80 nmol/L is the lowest optimal level. Below this is now considered deficient. Blood levels of 40 ng/ml – 50 ng/ml or 100 nmol/L – 125 nmol/L is considered a safe optimum level You can take VIt D supplements and reduce fat , do exercises

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details. Things of interest are hba1c% & fasting glucose both show you are in prediabetic state. Vitamin d3 is low. Rest of the parameters are not much to be worried about. But looking at your height and weight, with a bmi of 33.19 kgs/sq meter, you are already going towards grade 2 obesity. That is the main issue leading to all the increased parameters noticed. There is an urgent need for reduction of weight. Your ideal body weight should be closer to 80 kgs. Which means there is an excess of 31 plus kgs. This is the main reason. Thanks.

From you tests you r having iron and vit d deficiency. Check your urine for infection. If normal have usg whole abdomen and kub. U may be having intolerance to whey protein. And a diet heavy in protein needs more energy for digestion so your blood flow increases in gut and you feel lethargic. So it's a normal phenomenon. Consult a good gym instructor and good dietitian for proper use of food choices and exercises. Can consult me online privately for treatment.

How to increase the size and width of the penis naturally? Does masturbation affect the size and width of penis?

How to increase the size and width of the penis naturally? Does masturbation affect the size and width of penis?
Masturbation will not affect the size and width of penis? Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.
