Hello, please get a vaginal swab culture and sensitivity done to isolate cause and also name sensitive antibiotics accordingly.

The problem can be solved only by proper clinical examination by ent specialist for allergy, defect in nostrils, tonsils etc. If necessary correction of defect like growth in nose, septal defect or infected tonsils is to be corrected. Avoid dryness of mouth by consuming by drinking water up to 8-10 glasses daily. No smoking. Antibiotics if advised should be taken in adequate dose for long duration. Early warm saltwater gargling daily night if mildest complaints.

Get vaginal swab culture and sensitivity test done to find out what type of infection you are harbouring. Only then you will be cured.
