yes you can have culture of vaginal fluid, but till that time drink plenty of water , maintain genital hygiene by washing 3-4 times and after using washroom and before and after relation . you will be fine dont worry.
Your report say klebsiella pneumonia. And you used various antibiotics did not mention the sensitivity and duration used. Please do not blame allopathic doctor for your fault. After completing complete course of antibiotic you near to repeat culture and sensitivity of sputum once again. There is endemic of antibiotic resistance bacterial infections due to antibiotic abuse.
