The report says everything is normal .Growth means growth of organisms if present in the urine that causes urinary tract infection. No growth means no organisms and no infection.
Hi. Thanks for asking. I will try to explain it to you.
As the name suggest urine for culture and susceptibility is a test done to detect any bacteria in your urinary system and grow (culture) them. And if any bacteria found they will be treated by different antibiotics within the culture media and if a bacteria dies for that antibiotic then it is susceptible (means we can use that antibiotic to kill) if not then the bacteria is resistant to that antibiotic.
In your case no growth was seen this might be due to no urine infection or you have already treated by susceptible antibiotic.
Hope you understand. If not please feel free to contact me.

Blood culture sets that are negative after several days (often reported as "no growth") mean that the probability that a person has a blood infection caused by bacteria or fungi is low. If symptoms persist, however, such as a fever that does not go away, additional testing may be required.

If there is no or little growth on the agar after 24 to 48 hours of incubation, the urine culture is considered negative and the culture is complete, suggesting an infection is not present.

Urine culture & sensitivity is done to check whether you have any urine infection, it also tells which drug is best for you if you have had an urine infection.
Since your report says “sterile” it is likely that you don’t have any urine infection.
