No growth in culture is usually a good news however with limited history and lack of clinical examination, not much can be commented on. Thank you.

Your report means that bacterial infecting agent was grown form the sample you had given in the period of 48 hours. The gist of the report is you have no urinary infection at present.

I have a doubt does aerobic culture and sensitive test detect bacterial std's.if a person infected with bacterial std then does it will shows on normal urine analysis test like for eg: bacteria-few and mucous-+ like this.

No. Aerobic c/s test will not detect std. Std is detected only by specific tests or seperate tests ie hiv vdrl gonorrhea swab etc.
