थिओसपास-ए 4 टैबलेट (Thiospas-A 4 Tablet) एक नॉन-स्टेरायडल एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी दवा (एनएसएड्स) है, जो पुराने ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस, रयूमेटायड अर्थराइटिस और एंकिलॉज़िंग स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस जैसे दर्दनाक गठिया रोग सम्बन्धित स्थितियों वाले लोगों के लिए निर्धारित है। थिओसपास-ए 4 टैबलेट (Thiospas-A 4 Tablet) साइक्लो-ऑक्सीजनेज़ (सीओएक्स ) एंजाइमों के प्रभाव को अवरुद्ध करके काम करता है जो चोट या क्षति, दर्द, सूजन और प्रदाह के स्थानों पर रासायनिक प्रोस्टाग्लैंडीन बनाते है। यह दर्द और सूजन को कम करता है। यह दवा गर्भावस्था के दौरान या स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं को नहीं दी जानी चाहिए। बच्चों के लिए यह अनुशंसित नहीं है। यह दवा टैबलेट के रूप में उपलब्ध है और मौखिक रूप से ली जाती है।

थिओसपास-ए 4 टैबलेट (Thiospas-A 4 Tablet) के दुष्प्रभाव में दस्त, पेट में दर्द, मतली, कब्ज, उल्टी, त्वचा पर रैश आदि शामिल हैं। यदि दुष्प्रभाव गंभीर या लगातार हैं तो अपने चिकित्सक से परामर्श करना उचित है।

आपको थिओसपास-ए 4 टैबलेट (Thiospas-A 4 Tablet) नहीं लेना चाहिए यदि -

• आपको थिओसपास-ए 4 टैबलेट (Thiospas-A 4 Tablet) या अन्य एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी पैन किलरो से एलर्जी है।
• आपको पेट या ग्रहणी के रक्तस्राव की समस्या थी, जैसे कि अल्सर।

• आप एक बच्चे को स्तनपान करा रही हैं।

इस दवा के साथ शराब का सेवन नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। थिओसपास-ए 4 टैबलेट (Thiospas-A 4 Tablet) कुछ अन्य दवाओं जैसे लिथियम, डाइजेक्सिन, कॉर्टिकोस्टेरॉइड्स और एंटीहाइपरटेन्सिव्स और अस्थमा, गैस्ट्रो-आंत्र विषाक्तता जैसी कुछ बीमारियों के साथ इंटरैक्शन करती है।

  थिओसपास-ए 4 टैबलेट (Thiospas-A 4 Tablet) का उपयोग ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस से जुड़े नाजुक और जोड़ों के दर्द जैसे लक्षणों के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है।

• एंकायलूजिंग स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस (Ankylosing Spondylitis)

This medication is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that helps relieve pain. Prostaglandins are responsible for pain, inflammation, swelling and fever. Aceclofenac inhibits the action of cyclooxygenase in the brain which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. It also activates GABA pathways and acts on the muscular contractures.
