About Nervijen Plus Injection

Nervijen injection is a form of nutritional supplement comprised of Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin and Niacinamide. This medication is used by people of all ages suffering from gut disease where they are unable to completely absorb and use the vitamin or Methylcobalamin and may be at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency. It plays a key role in the functioning of the brain and nervous system and in the formation of the red blood cells.

This medication is also responsible for the protection and regeneration of neurons. Lack of this vitamin causes depression. Aside from the treatment of nutritional deficiency, this injection is also used to cure anemia, kidney dialysis, alcoholism, liver disease and the improper absorption of nutrients by the bowel.

    This injection helps in the synthesis of purine and pyrimidine which are necessary for the production of blood and its component. It also works by controlling the NF kB-mediated transcription of signaling molecules. It does that by blocking the nuclear poly polymerase-1. This medication acts as a cofactor for enzyme methionine synthase, which transfers methyl groups for the regeneration of methionine from homocysteine. In anemia, it increases blood cell production by promoting nucleic acid synthesis in the bone marrow and by promoting maturation and division of erythrocytes.
