Deplatt-CV Capsule

ডিপ্ল্যাট সিভি ক্যাপসুল হল হার্ট অ্যাটাক প্রতিরোধক ওষুধ। এটি ৩ টি ওষুধের সংমিশ্রণ: ক্লোপিডোগ্রেল (৭৫ মিলিগ্রাম), অ্যাটরভাস্ট্যাটিন (২০ মিলিগ্রাম) এবং অ্যাসপিরিন (৭৫ মিলিগ্রাম)। ক্লোপিডোগ্রেল হল একটি অ্যান্টিপ্লেটলেট এবং অ্যান্টিকোয়্যাগুল্যান্ট ড্রাগ। এটি P2Y2 রিসেপ্টারের সাথে অ্যাডিনোসিন ডাইফসফেটের (এডিপি) আবদ্ধকরণ প্রক্রিয়াতে বাধা প্রদান করে এবং গ্লাইকোপ্রোটিন GPIIb/IIIa সক্রিয়করণ প্রক্রিয়াতে বাধা প্রদান করে; এবং প্লেটলেটগুলিকে একত্রিত হতে বাধা দেয়।

ওষুধটি করোনারি আর্টারি ডিজিজ, প্রান্তস্থ ভাস্কুলার ডিজিজ এবং সেরিব্রোভাসকুলার ডিজিজের সময় রক্ত জমাট বাঁধার সমস্যাকে প্রতিরোধ করে। অ্যাটোরভাস্ট্যা‌টিন LDL এর পরিমাণকে কমিয়ে দেয় (কম ঘনত্বের লিপিড) এবং শরীরের মধ্যে HDL (উচ্চ-ঘনত্বের লিপিড) এর পরিমাণকে বাড়ায়। ওষুধটি হল একটি ডিসলিপিডেমিক এজেন্ট যা মেভ্যালোনেট গঠনে বাধা প্রদান করে এবং শরীরের মধ্যে এলডিএল / LDL-কোলেস্টেরলের স্তরকে হ্রাস করে।

অ্যাসপিরিন হল অ্যান্টিপ্লেটলেট এবং অ্যান্টিকোয়াগুল্যান্ট ওষুধ; এটি প্লেটলেটের মধ্যে থ্রম্ব‌োক্সেন A2 গঠন প্রতিরোধ করে এবং প্লেটলেট একত্রিত হতে বাধা প্রদান করে। ওষুধটির মধ্যে অ্যানালজেসিক এবং অ্যান্টিপাইরেটিক বৈশিষ্ট্য রয়েছে যা ব্যথা, দেহের ব্যথা এবং জ্বরকে হ্রাস করতে পারে।

• ওষুধের মাত্রা বা ডোজ যদি মিস হয়ে যায় তাহলে সেক্ষেত্রে কি কোন সতর্কবার্তা আছে?

Deplatt-CV Capsule is a drug very commonly used to treat fever, pain and inflammation. The drug inactivates the cyclooxygenase, which is required for the synthesis of prostaglandins and thromboxane. Also, this inhibits the ADP-mediated activation of the glycoprotein GPIIb/IIIa complex, which in turn inhibits coagulation and increases the number of hepatic LDL receptors on the cell-surface, enhancing uptake and catabolism of LDL and it inhibits the hepatic synthesis of VLDL, thereby reducing the total number of VLDL and LDL particles
