-The best way to boost your immunity is by leading a healthy & positive lifestyle including a well-balanced diet, doing regular exercise, sleep well & keep stress levels low
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, more of protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts
- include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration and digestion
- do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, play an outdoor game
- sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep and wake up time fixed
- de-stress by doing yoga, meditation or listening to light music or follow a hobby
