Take 60,000 unit weekly for 2 months and then every 15 days for 2 month. Then monthly for ever. Sit under Sun with minimum clothes.

But I could see in an Internet that it is a kind of drug and will have severe side effects if we take. Is it advisable to take ginseng tablets?
