Hello lybrate-user, do regular 30mins of exercise, drink water on an empty stomach. As I see your age is 18, you may eat a good diet, as you are following now. Eventually, when you are aging your weight will get reduced. Just drink more water in a day and add fruits to your diet. Have a great day.

Hi, there are no chances to gain height one you have crossed 21 yrs. But can still try the following. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. What is your current weight and how much do you have to reduce? Try cutting out sugar that is refined, it is ok to have sugar from natural sources like fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals because it slows down metabolism. Brisk walk 30- 45 minutes daily. Try substituting steel cut oats for breakfast instead of regular breakfast. For snacks eat cucumber, watermelon etc which keeps you full without adding calories .Cut out carbonated beverages and drink atkeast 8 glasses of water. Eat at regular times instead of eating when you are hungry.
