Hi rather than decreasing size of monitor you should adjust the height of monitor and chair. It is the most common problem of neck pain in a person who is working mostly on computer or laptop. Well, I will suggest you do the following 1. Posture correction: sit straight upright on the chair while working. Use a chair with proper back support and put roll 4 -5 inch thick below your back just above hips while working. It will help you to maintain posture 2. Put height of your monitor in such a way that the exact centre of the monitor comes at your nose or chin level so your neck remains in a neutral position while working 3. Do head retraction exercise (google search for it) whenever you're in pain or after prolonged work on the monitor (1-2 hours) no improvement than consult your nearest physical therapist for further examination thank you.

Hello please visit cardiologist nearby. And also do bp monitoring -check your bp daily for 7 days at different timings. Your cardilogist may ask you to do some tests as you are young to have high bp. To rule out causes for high bp. If hypertension is confirmed he may start you with bp lowering medicines. Reduce your salt intake to minimum. You have not mentioned the weight here but reducing weight and starting exercize like walking may help you to lower your bp. Thanks and regards. Wish you good health.
