every digital glucometer shows -20 or +20 readings. So the best and perfect reading is shown in blood sugar fasting and postprandial investigations only.
So use of digital glucometer is only for a rough figure of reading.
It depends wether you are already taking any medication for diabetes (already diagnosed) or you want to check wether you have diabetes. It is better to visit the doctor with the reports of fasting and post lunch blood sugar and include hba1c which can help in the diagnosis. Other routine tests can also be done.

Hello take grahini gajendra ras with water twice a day...take chitrakadi vati 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...spicy food...and fermented food...take fresh buttermilk empty stomach in morning...
You can take this supplement once a day. It is quite safe to do so. But do not take other multivitamins along with this. It may lead to overdose of some specific compounds.
