I am suffering from diabeties for the last about 33 years, I am taking 7 units of insulluin and one tablet both morning and evening. When I checked recently, my fasting level was 112 and post breakfast was 100 when done on a gluco meter. Can I reduce the insulin? Please advise.

You need complete evaluation of your order diabetes. It is inappropriate to tell you with your one sugar reading on Glucometer.

I traveled by bus 24 hours, in almost empty stomach on 31oct-1 November I had feverish feeling till 3rd from 2nd. But I'm having very loose motions, almost liquid as urine. I didn't have any proper solid food since 36 hours since I vomit out yesterday morning and afternoon. Since yesterday afternoon I haven't taken any solid. I'm on gluco, and fruit juices. I've taken Triphala from today morning twice and now my hunger has been partially restored. I've taken one tablet of norbax now.

Hi Common causes of increase in heart rate could be stress, anxiety, exercise, Low blood sugar, intake of alcohol or caffeine and anemia. If in case you notice breathing difficulty, chest pain, giddiness or fainting episodes you need to consult a doctor.

I have VITODOC O3 PLUS from morepen laboratories it has omega3 fatty acids, alpha lipotic acid, cyanocobalamin & chromium picolinate soft gel capsules. How often i can eat it as omega 3 fatty acid. Daily dose or not and for how long (one month) or continue as i take multi vitamins. Please advice thank you.

You can take this supplement once a day. It is quite safe to do so. But do not take other multivitamins along with this. It may lead to overdose of some specific compounds.
