Hello lybrate-user. Mostly the instructions are given on package. It is mostly advise in morning. Approx 10 ml each.

I had my periods 15 days before I am taking fresh gel juice since three days. Is giloy the reason? Pl help. Shall I continue with giloy?

Drink only one juice per day or if you want to drink it daily than do it at an interval of 30 minutes
