Dr. Reckeweg R59 - Obesity and Weight Drop contains iodized combination prepared in an organic manner, graphites, calcium carbonicum, natrium sulfuricum, and croton tiglium.
Iodized combination stimulates thyroid function to prevent goitre formation, natrium sulfuricum stimulates the liver, and croton tiglium stimulates intestinal function. Together, the ingredients stimulate tissue metabolism, remove excess tissue fluids, and regulate thyroid function.
Dr. Reckeweg R59 - Obesity and Weight Drop is useful for the obese and those prone to weight gain owing to incorrect thyroid gland secretion. Dr.Reckeweg R59 dropsalso benefits incipient goitre patients.

Directions of use:
Adults should consume 10 to 15 drops with water four to five times everyday in acute condition. Later, take 8-10 drops twice or thrice daily. Children should consume 5 to 10 drops depending on age.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have controlled meal portions. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Better to do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Avoid intense exercises and Vlcc treatment for some more months.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
