Hello, thanks for the query. The fasting glucose should ideally be <100 mg and hba1c% < 6.5%, considering your young age. So there's a need to look at overall treatment like drugs, dosage, dietary pattern, weight, exercise & lipid profile. So please talk to your physician and get the necessary upgrade. Or come back with all the details in a private conversation so that I can be of help. Thanks.
You should be worried if there is any urinary discomfort and or any visible lesion on the organ.
Later you can do a test for hiv monitor your blood sugar levels.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Mr. kiran, I have been seeing your post quite often. There is no point writing the same thing every time and asking for advise. You have to either come for a detailed consultation (online) by posting all the necessary details like fasting, pp glucose levels, hba1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise, bp readings, drugs with dosage, lipid profile and dietary details. Then only I will be able to give specific guidance. If you are not willing to to that then please consult your local physician or diabetes specialist and get a proper advise. Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg, pp should be 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%, to consider that one has good control. If you have any questions please come back only with above details in a private conversation. Thanks.
Olmy tab is for high blood pressure. So if you have hypertension you should not skip that. Glucnorm and glycomet tabs both have same combinations. So there is not much of difference in side effects even if you change the drug. These tabs have glimepride which causes frequent hypoglycemia so that dizziness occurs. If you don't want that. You should update to a better tablet combination. Probably available with higher cost.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details given. However, I did not see any mention of important info like fasting & pp glucose and current hba1c%, dietary details, extent of daily physical exercise and bp as well as lipid profile.
Another aspect is that drugs like udupa (dapagliflozin), invokana (canagliflozin) tablet motyvyst 300 (canagliflozin 300 mg) & jardiance (empagliflozin) all these are similar drugs, known as sglt - 2 inhibitors, which act by excreting extra glucose through urine and also do help in some weight reduction. Usually only one of these is given not two together. (like invokana & udupa). I am a bit surprised to see such a prescription.
Another important aspect is your bmi (body mass index) which is 29 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter). Your ideal body weight has to be 77 kg. Which means there is an excess of over 20 kg.
Looking all these aspects there is a need to look at your over all treatment which includes your diet, extent of exercise, hba1c%, drugs to control glucose and over all lifestyle. If you have any questions please do come back. I am sure you are aware that in a well controlled diabetes patient fb should be < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Achieving such strict control ensures either the prevention of or postponement of long term consequences of diabetes. Thanks.

Your fasting is acceptable but pp value is high and I understand that now you are taking only glycomet sr 500once a day please take twice a day with or immediately after breakfast and dinner
regarding your behaviour issue at home and office which affecting you personal life office work you need to first talk to your family members your wife, parents and children and try to find out the reason if it was not there beforehand shifting is it because of stress of adjusting in new environment both at office and home it has nothing to do with diabetes or high bp
try find out solution with family first if your such behavior has started after shifting then it is adjustment issue at new place of work but if longstanding then try find out solution with family or colleagues on whom you can depend or consult a psychiatrist.
