    How does this medication work?

Nebasulf Dusting Powder is a combination of cyclic polypeptides generated by Bacillus subtilis var Tracy. It is administered topically for treating skin infection. This medicine inhibits those agents which constitute the fundamental properties of the bacterial cell wall. Also, it binds itself to 30S-subunit proteins and also 16S rRNA. It attaches irreversibly to a total of four nucleotides of 16S rRNA and one protein S12 amino acid. This causes interference when it comes to decoding the site. Lastly, the bacterial para-aminobenzoic acid is inhibited by Sulfacetamide which is an important component when it comes to the growth of bacteria. Sulfacetamide is a type of enzyme inhibition which is known as competitive inhibitor. For the synthesis of the vitamin folic acid the inhibition reaction is important.
