About Coekastle-A Tablet

A leukotriene receptor antagonist, Coekastle tablet is used to treat asthma. It works by blocking leukotriene which in turn decreases certain asthma and allergic symptoms.

Before using this drug inform your doctor if you have any of the following conditions :

  • If you are allergic to any of its ingredients or to any medicines, food and other substances.
  • If you are pregnant, planning to be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking any dietary supplement, herbal preparation, or other prescribed medicines.
  • If you have a history of alcoholism or liver problems.
  • If you have mental problems or mood swings including depression, suicidal thoughts, etc.
  • If you are lactose intolerant.
  • If you are taking a corticosteroid and are planning to stop or lower the dose.
