I am Dr. Ajay Aggarwal, Cardiologist. Today I will talk about the prevention of heart attack. It is a leading cause of death. Myth hai ki heart attack elder or older logon mein hota hai younger mein nahi. Aisa nahi hai. Agar aap ki family history bahut strong hain to aap ke heart attack se bachne ke kum chances hote hain. Agar aap lifestyle change karen to heart attack se bacha ja sakta hai. Smoking iska main cause hai kyuki arteries mein blockage ho jati hai. Hamare heart ko pump jayada karna padta hai oxygen ko pura karne ke liye. Smoking kisi bhi form mein na karen. Heart attack se bachne ke liye another major factor is exercise. Regular exercise se heart attack se bacha jaa sakta hai. 30 minutes moderate exercises are recommended. Regular 30 minutes bhi agar aap walk karte hain to heart attack se bacha ja sakta hai. Weight training se muscles strength badhati hai use se bhi heart attack, diabetes ke chances kam ho jaate hain. Stairs use karein. Regular activities karein. Healthy diet lena bohot important hain.

Fruits and vegetables ki quantity increase karein. Fats jo aap consume kertey hain uske liye careful rahein. Trans food avoid karen. Fried food avoid karein. Fish aap ke health ke liye achi hai. Nuts and seeds consume karein. Salt kam karein. Alcohol ko thoda kam hi use karein. Alcohol liver bhi damage karta hai. Weight maintain rakhen quki is se aap kafi disease prevent karein. Regular sleep 6-8 hours bahut important hai. Mobile usage avoid karein raat ko. Apko obstructive sleep apnea ka bhi problem ho sakta hai. Isliye aap ko agar koi symptom hai to Dr se consult karein. Stress avoid karein. Isliye aap yoga and meditation karein. Regular screening karayein and Dr se consult karein. Stress ko avoid karen and us se bachne ke liye excessive smoking, drinking and junk food eating ki traf na jayein quki ye heart disease ke risk ko badha deta hai. Regular screening bohot important hai 20-30 ki age ke baad. Cholesterol and sugar ka regular test krayein quki is se aap heart disease se bach sakte hain. Lifestyle apna healthy maintain karein. Diet and exercise regular karein. In sab baaton ka dhayan rakhein kyunki is se aap healthy rahenge kyunki aap ki health aap ke hath mein hai.
