3 Ways To Supplement Your Natural Penis Enlargement Program To Maximize Your Gains

Follow a Paleo diet. Paleo is short for Paleolithic, an era in our Earth's history when the only way to survive was to be a hunter-gatherer, and a good one. Many of the diseases that are so common nowadays were unheard of then, such as heart disease, diabetes, and most cancers. This was because the food they ate -- almost exclusively meats, green vegetables, fresh fruits, and nuts -- contained none of the toxins, carcinogens, and phyto-estrogens that we now shovel into our mouths, and thus into our bodies, with impunity. The more natural diet our ancestors followed helped optimize hormone levels and engender an ideal body composition.

That's great, you're thinking, but how does this relate to penis enlargement? Simple. Many of the simple sugars and processed foods we eat today work to lower testosterone and increase estrogen in our bodies. This results in a lowered sex drive and reduced sexual performance. It also causes the frequency as well as the intensity of nocturnal erections to decrease dramatically.

Just like our muscles repair and rebuild from our gym workouts mostly when we sleep, that is when we make gains in penis size from our enlargement workouts. Take up High Intensity Interval Training. If you're like I was for years, your gym workouts are probably pretty vanilla, and your routine probably sounds something like this: Chest and triceps on Monday. Back and biceps on Tuesday. Legs Wednesday, shoulders Thursday, and for cardio, jump on the stairclimber for about 25 minutes after each workout.

While this is better than sitting on the couch eating Doritos after work, there is a workout methodology that is better for your whole body -- including that one part you're trying to grow.

It's called high intensity interval training. It involves shorter but much more intense workouts. Instead of resting for several minutes between sets, in a HIIT workout, you're always moving. You may do 10 reps on the bench press, then during the following two minutes when you otherwise might be sitting on the bench checking your Facebook, you jump rope for a minute then do a minute of burpees, before returning to the bench.

This type of training not only ups testosterone, but it improves circulation and blood flow, helping your erections become bigger and more powerful.

Try Edging. Edging is a pretty simple concept. You do it when you masturbate. Instead of bringing yourself all the way to climax, you hang on the "edge" for as long as you can. This is when your penis is most engorged with blood, and staying in this state for as long as you can will help expand and build the tissue chambers that you work out with your natural routine. If "blue balls" are a problem, go ahead and allow yourself to ejaculate -- but not until you've "edged" for at least 20 minutes.
