I am Dr. Sonu Singh, Pain Management Specialist, Rehab For You. Me 12 years se knee related problems ke lia practice kr rha hun. Aaj kal har ghar me 1-2 people knee pain se suffer kr rhen hain. Iska cause kya ho skta hai ki hmara cartilage bhut jldi ghis rha hai. Knee pain ka causes multiple hain. Ek reason hai faulty bio mechanics. Agar hmari muscles properly work nhi kregi to uska effect knees pe hi ata hai. Ladies ko knee pain ka problem jyada hota hai. Knee main andar ki taraf space kam kyu ho jata hai. Iska reason hai inequal muscle pull. Agar ek muscle joint ko jyada khich rhi hai and dusri nhi to knee ke lia problem ho jati hai. Knee ke just niche hume pain and swelling feel hoti hai.

Humne kuch patient me pain management ke sath kam kia to hume acha result mila hai. Out of 33 cases me se mujhe 27 cases me bhut acha result mila hai. Hum treatment stepwise approach ke through dete hain. Hume pain management ke sath correct biomechanics pe zor dena chaiye. Patient agar khud physiotherapy and exercise kre to patient ko result kafi ache milte hain. Patient ki complaint hoti hai ki thoda durr chalne se patient ko knee pain start ho jata hai. Kuch patient ko stairs chadte and utarte time bhi problem hoti hai. Hmare knees shockers or spring ka kam krte hain. Mera suggestion hai ki patient ko barefoot grass or sand pe chalna chaiye. Is se hmare legs ki muscles ko kam krne ka chance milta hai. Aaap in simple techniques ko follow kren. Body ke system ko adjust hone ka time den. Din at least half an hour aap soft surface pe walk kren.
