5. Get Enough Sleep - Lack of sleep is one of the factors that can actually affect your T-levels adversely. Most of us work in extremely competitive environment and have to compromise on sleep more often than not. Lack of sleep builds stress and enhance levels of stress hormone cortisol in the bloodstream. This hormone and testosterone are inversely related to each other. What it means is that an increase in Cortisol implies a drop in your testosterone levels.

Try to get enough sleep each night. You must sleep for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
