See, smartphone addiction kya hai, nomophobia. Means, it is a fear of being without a mobile phone. Abhi aaj ka jo technology world hai usme mobile phones or dusri technology introduce hoti hai. Or uski vjha se khin na khin humko fyada bhi hota hai but anything in access is not good.
