People with oily skin, annoyed with their sufferings from stubborn acne breakouts, think that people who have dry skin are blessed.

The thought is reciprocated on the side of the people with dry skin since dry skin also comes with a whole horde of problems and the worst is early appearance of wrinkles.

People with oily skin can enjoy young skin for a much longer time than people with dry skin which is prone to getting fine lines faster.

Hence if you have dry skin, instead of sighing and wishing that you were blessed with oily skin instead, make sure you take care of your skin well to deter the appearance of wrinkles for as long as possible.

Given below are three deadly sins that you should never commit against your dry skin. Avoiding these mistakes coupled with a proper skin care regimen would ensure that you not only have a healthy skin but put off the appearance of wrinkles for as long as is possible.

1) The first deadly sin that you can ever commit against your dry skin is using an alkaline based soapy facial wash. It would dry your skin out even more. Instead, use a cream-based cleanser that would leave your skin clean but would not dry it in the process. Do not make the mistake of washing your face more than twice a day and especially not with extremely cold water. Use normal temperature water to wash your face and if you use a face wash in the morning, try using cleansing milk at night.

2) The second deadliest sin to commit against dry skin is not moisturizing it properly. Moisturizing skin is an important skin care regimen for all types of skin and more so for dry skin. Use a cream-based moisturizer that would nourish your skin by replenishing the moisture content and hold the moisture for long as well.

3) Not drinking enough fluid is the third biggest mistake that you can make with your dry skin. Not providing enough fluid to your system would mean that your skin cells would not receive enough hydration, which means even more dry and flaky skin. Hence make sure you drink lots of water as well as fruit juices but avoid aerated and synthetic drinks.

Avoid the above sins at any rate as they can be deadly for your dry skin and you can enjoy young skin too.
