Orgasm problems are more common in females as compared to their male partners. This may involve a delay in orgasm or complete absence of orgasm.

Ejaculation problems commonly affect men. These include premature ejaculation (ejaculating too early during intercourse) and the inability to ejaculate at all. It may result because of some medications such as anti-depressant drugs or due to anxiety related to sex, history of sexual trauma, and strict religious beliefs.

Vaginal dryness in females can lead to low libido and problems related to sexual desire and interest. This is because sex can be painful to a woman whose vagina is not properly lubricated and remains dry. Vaginal dryness may occur due to hormonal changes in the body while breastfeeding or during and after menopause. Low levels of estrogens and testosterone cause low libido in females and males respectively. Fatigue, depression, anxiety, and certain medicines, including anti-depressants are other causes of low libido.

You should not take any sex medications without consulting your doctor or sexologist if you suffer from sexual dysfunction problems. You should talk to your partner about the issue and try to solve out the issue by energizing your sexual routine and making it more creative. Stress, anxiety, and depression are one of the common causes of sexual dysfunction; therefore, try to manage them to deal with sexual dysfunction.
