Can Sago (Sabudana) be consumed by diabetic person for fast? I got 3 types of answers. 1. Strictly NO 2. OK in small qty some times. 3. YES. Can consume. Now this is confusing for layman like me. I shall appreciate to know what is the fact. Thanks.
Yes, it is consumed. but no boil, no mixing with fruits except cucumber. no add sugar or sugar free. but it is high carbohydrate food. so when he is fasting that day he will eat as a lunch. but not allow with others feed and not allow daily. once a month or twice a month.
