I will suggest you to Take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitaminD (60000iu) once a week for six months

How much IU of Vitamin D is required to your body on daily basis through supplement tablet? I am taking 1000 IU Vitamin D tablet of Zenith Nutrition daily because in my Vit D test, I found out that my vit D level is only 5.56 which is deficiency.

Take 60,000 unit weekly for 2 months and then every 15 days for 2 month. Then monthly for ever. Sit under Sun with minimum clothes.
