Wellwoman 50+ Tablet is a dietary supplement for women aged 50 and above. Wellwoman 50+ has been specifically designed to help safeguard the nutritional needs of women aged 50 and above. Wellwoman 50+ contains Vitamin B6, Pantothenic acid and Iron which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B2 and Copper contribute to normal energy release. Immune health is also a serious consideration as you get older. Zinc, Selenium and Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C and Vitamin D have also been included in the formula as they contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Wellwoman 50+ contains thiamin ( Vitamin B1) which contributes to the normal function of the heart as well as a combination of Folic acid and Vitamins B6 and B12 which contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism, and normal red blood cell formation.

As you have a history of hypothyroidism start taking a good multivitamin&methylcobalamin+neurobion composition. Along with stretching exercises of calf with leg exes+compression therapy. Ankle toe movements &contrast bath will help u more. Can take wellwoman 1 tab daily& nervejin-p 1 tab daily at night after meal. Nervejin may cause some drowsiness so preferred only at night.

Hi, I'm 33 female. Two weeks ago I had a fibroadenoma thing in my breast and now I feel another one and it is bigger, in this two weeks I took some vitamins for bones (wellwoman, flexon, calcium and .) is it possible that this vitamins cause that? The earlier one was there for 3 month with no change. Is it dangerous? What shout I do? I did ultrasound before

You have to eat a healthy diet of seasonal vegetables ,fruits and milk .Eat your meals at regular timings and take adequate rest and relaxation .You can take any multivitamin supplement like wellwoman etc but it is not a substitute for a good diet.You can also eat your roti with ghee .
