Chronic fatigue syndrome is extreme fatigue that lost for more than 6 months. Cause is idiopathic but some believe it is closly related to adrenal fatigue or system wide inflammation of the body symptoms: 1. Joint pain that movie from one spot to other. 2. Muscle pain 3. Poor concentration 4. Loss of memory 5. Lymphadenopathy 6.headache 7. Chills 8. Night sweat 9. Digestive disorder like irritable bowel syndrome 10. Irritability 11. Mood swings 12. Panic attacks 13. Anxiety 14. Depression cause: idiopathic but following are contributing factors 1. Hormonal imbalance 2. Poor immunity 3. Viral infection 4. Chronic low blood pressure 5. Nutritional deficiency 6.
