Hi yes you can use this cream but better to use medicated sunscreens. You can get good medicated sunscreen from any medical store. Thanks hope this advise is helpful.

Depends on where and for how long are you uing it. In general it is a skiin lightener and must be used only under medical supervision.

Do need to take Calcium rich fruits vegetables and diet and do learn Stretching and strengthening exercises from physiotherapist and enough sun light exposure of body minimum 15 minutes per day from 11 am to 3 pm not in open sun light by its shades.
