Swift Fe Gel is a medicated gel formulated to cure skin irritations such as itching, rashes, sunburns and burns due to radiation exposures. The major components are Dimethocine, carbomer and glycerin.
Dimethocine is an important skin emollient, which traps the skin moisture and softens the hard substance called keratin which forms the uppermost layer of skin. These constituents retain free water and glycerin is an established moisture trapping agent.

As for the job you have to do night shift you will have to compensate the sleep hours in days.. and other things you can do is Pranayamas... Take a multivitamin and multimineral tablet... And also do some exdrcises...

If you are not tired after your night shift, you can go for gym in the morning. Or else, you can take rest in the morning after your shift and then go for gym after lunch /brunch, atleast 2 -3 hours after the meal..

?Dear, As your sleep cycle is disturbed. These are some instructions & methods for good normal sleep: ? Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. ? Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night . They also cause sleeplessness. ?
