Anxiety is a thought disorder, which can be managed through thought and emotional management along with medications. This can target the dysfunctional thought process that you could be having which are the root cause of anxiety. Counselling for anxiety management can help you in the following way: 1. See your problem in smaller bits and pieces, analyse each bit and seek solutions for each separately. If you see the problem as a whole and too closely, it can become overwhelming and too much work causing anxiety which could have given you gas and bp. 2. Be realistic: know your strengths and do what you can to the extent possible. Knowing your limitations is equally important, so that you don't overextend yourself and then feel inadequate /failure. In this case, you could take help of a relative, colleague, friend, professional who has the expertise in this field. This will make your work easier. 3. Learn to delegate work: you would be able to judge who all and which resources in your environment can become an opportunity which you can use to get your work done. For eg. If you are finding office work too demanding and are unable to take out time for exercising everyday, then it's possible that you realise that there is some space in your office where you can put up a small personal gym and you can exercise there regularly. You couldalso delegate some of your work to a capable colleague, who is agreeable to help you at that time, because you have helped him sometime back when he was having a bad back. 4. Prioritise and organise: you would want to decide which of your activities are time wasters and which activities are important. This will save you time if you start giving less time to unproductive activities. Organising your day/week/month in advance will help you put work in place and see a pattern for doing activities which will be more productive for you. Successful people don't work hard. They just use their time and skills smartly. 5. Be flexible: when you are planning, be flexible in how you want to carry out certain activities. Some things which are not in your control for eg. Weather, may put a spoke in plan for the day. Be ready to make last minute changes. And do something else during that time so that time is not wasted. It's better to have an alternate plan in store usually. 6. Have faith and hope: trust yourself and others to carry out their jobs. Know each ones strengths and limitations. Be realistic in your expectations and do your best. Now leave it to god to do his magic. This is very important. If it has to happen, it will. If it didn't happen, then don't lose hope. It will happen another time. Or maybe it wasn't meant to happen this way. Whatever it is. Don't take life too seriously. Nothing is more important than your health and life. Phosphoricum Acidum. I am having nightfall and I want to which power of Phosphoricum Acidum should I take?
Night Fall in Men. Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, especially among adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation during sleep in the night or in the early hours of the morning. The problem of night fall can be very frustrating for young men because most of the times they don’t understand the reason for it and also because it is a very embarrassing thing to discuss with not only their parents but also with their peers. The frequency of these nocturnal emissions varies from person to person, most men only experience this condition in their adolescent years but few may suffer from it all their lives. So as you can see this condition is very common and nothing really to worry about except in very few cases where it is very frequent spread over a long period of time. Studies have shown that using testosterone based drugs can increase nocturnal emissions, so try avoiding these if you suffer from nightfall. Here are a few more things that you can try to limit it. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Should go for urination just before going to bed. 4. Should avoid watching porn or erotic chats etc. 5. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep. 7. If night fall happens then they should not worry about this, because if you keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then there more chances to have it reoccur. 8. Should avoid constipation because an upset digestive system also sometimes causes this condition. 9. If the person is having the habit of taking milk at night then they should take milk in the evening instead of at night. 10. Kegel exercise also helps control Night Fall. 11. Do yoga and meditation. Remember to talk to your doctor or a qualified professional like a doctor before you start or stop your medications and never self-medicate. There is nothing to be embarrassed about if you suffer from this problem as it is a normal physiological phenomenon.

Hi Doctor, I'm 37 years old married male, 56 kgs. I'm facing this re-curing problem of anal fissures due to constipation for last 8-10 months. One doctor (General Medicine) from Apollo Clinic, had advised me to take fruits with banana two times a day and predominantly stay on veg diet (less spicy in food preparation) with occasional non-veg since as it?s a lifestyle issue. Problem is whenever I take non-veg food, the pain returns. Is there any homeopathy remedy to permanently cure this, I have continuously taken Biochemic combination No. 17 (SBL company) for Fissures and piles but not much help. Thanks

Hello Anal fissure is a cut or tear in lining of anal canal. Anal fissure mainly results from straining while passing hard or large stool. Anal fissure may arise in women from trauma caused to anal canal during childbirth. Homeopathy is natural mode of treatment that assures permanent cure for anal fissures. Homeopathic medicines help to manage the most troublesome symptoms of pain, bleeding and itching from anal fissures. Take Nitric acid 200 CH , 3 drops , single dose. Thuja 30CH, 3 drops once daily in the morning from the next day. Revert me after 7 days.
