Namaste doctor on june 10 I got 2 nai scratches on my face a doctor has recommended me to use momerex f cream, regen d ointments upto 60 %the wound got healed but here I got pih like thing not on the scratch but around it is it because of the ointments that I used doctor? I have hair fall and dandruff, tried many shampoo and conditioners and oils still getting this hair fall problem. Sir, madam, my daughter baby age 11 months. Normal delivery. By born 3 liquid just like water bubbles on body legs and hands. After that skin top layers disturbed. This complaint name is epidermal bullosa. Present used only liquid paraffin oil. And regen d 60 gel only. Complaints not cured. Repeated the bubbles comes. So pls any medicine and diagnosis. Epidermolysis bulla is a genetic condition in which bullae are formed at any site of mechanical trauma. It has various subtypes but mainly 4 and severity from mild to severe depending on the subtype. To know the exact subtype genetic testing is advised. And you should be in contact with a dermatologist regularly. However from what you have written the basic advice tht can be given is to do two things 1) good protein intake. Adequate nutrition to prevent infection at site of bullae 2) prevent trauma. For which soft padding can be used there is no cure for this condition but it can be controlled to good extent.
