There is one protein preparation of Ranbaxy and also of WinMedicare which give 83 % protein and no carbs. If you can consume eggs, then that is the best option as 1 egg (whole egg), gives about 6.5 to 8 grams protein. Thanks.

Diabetes usually does not go away. However, in case of secondary diabetes, it may go away. Diabetes in pregnancy also may go away. It depends.

Dear user avoid fried foods sweets, pkgd foods, colas, juices, ice creams use skim milk n its products if non vegetarian den stick to chicken n fish, avoid red meats use of whole grains n pulses will help you in keeping sugar levels in control root veggies like aloo should be taken in moderation minimize use of fat, use refined oil go for exercise or walk daily try various types of veggies in salad form. Fasting n feasting should be avoided.
