Role of key ingredient:- Iron transports oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells, thus making an individual feel energetic and preventing anemia. Cyanocobalamin is particular importance during pregnancy. Cyanocobalamin promotes the initiation and maturation of blood cells supporting the pregnancy. Folic acid is essential to numerous bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. It is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia. Hello, First of all Take your Medicine Course regularly. Dietary sources for iron - Dates, Pomegranate, Spinach, Beetroot, Dry anjir, Almonds, all types of cereals etc. You can have Vit. C food in your diet as it enhances absorption of iron. So have Amla, Oranges, Nimbu in your diet. Follow Diet regularly. Check Your Haemoglobin after 3 months.
