Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. Hi, reason fr not able to chew can be becuse ofdecay on that side or gum inflammtion, you need to go to a dentist ti knw th reasn and than only treatmnt can be suggested fr nw an antibiotic andpainkiller fr 3days is advisble.
