The only difference is that the mass gainer is the same Whey Protein found in protein shakes but with at least twice as much carbohydrates than protein. one serving of weight/mass gainer may contain 40-50 grams of Whey protein along with 100-150 grams of Carbohydrates generally coming mainly from a cheap sugar base known as Maltodextrin. Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don?t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and no powder needs to be taken

Hye. Thank you for your query. Just adding supplements without high intensity workout and a healthy protein rich diet is a waste. You are just burdening your kidneys and liver. Taking a liver tonic will not solve it. Taking supplements is justified if your diet is good and your workout is intense. Taking two supplements is not recommended and will in no way give you any additional weight gain.

yes it can help follow this pattern 1. Before Exercise - Banana-1 2. After Exercise - Endura Mass with Milk and sprouts 3. Breakfast - must 4. Snacks - Avoid tea/coffee and stick to Milk (have cashew/badam as snacks) 5. Lunch - (Make sure you add enough vegetables) 6. Snacks - Have some fruit milk shake 7. Mini Tiffin (If you got time) 8. Dinner - Make it light + Endura Mass with Milk) CONSISTENCY is important, its not the one day act that will yield gain, for lean guys, only consistency can yield gain.. Exercise : Push ups, pull ups and bicep curls, squats (Minimum) (Can do on alternative days, to give rest) All the best
